A Historic Home Lookalike:
The house on the left is not the biggest house we have ever done, but it is the "longest". We installed 34 Harvey windows matching the grid pattern of the originals. We also installed Alcoa 3" Desert Sand vinyl siding and natural clay trim and shutters. We spray painted the newly installed Alcoa door surround system to match.
In the 2nd photo you cans see the Alcoa "Cedar Discovery" 7" vinyl shingles on all the side walls. It was so natural looking that several neighbors thought we painted over actual wood shingles.
In the 3rd photo, you can see the sheer length of some of the siding. I wasn't kidding when I said it's the "longest" we've ever done!
The 4th photo is a nice shot of the front. I suggested colors that would have been used in the Colonial period that way it would look like an actual period home that has been added on to over the years.

Vinyl Siding: We used 5" vinyl shingles on this house in the Greenwood section of Warwick. We used 3" siding
on the sides and back of the house.
For the extension, we used 3" siding on the breezeway. We installed a white trim board to match the downspout and to set an attractive border to define the character of the salt box
garage. |

Clapboard Siding:
We gave this raised ranch a "colonial" look by using 3" clapboard siding and 10" round columns. White with burgundy shutters was my choice as well as the homeowners'.

Harvey Classic Windows:
We removed 25-year-old vinyl siding off this classic colonial in Greenwood. We then installed Harvey's most popular window, the Classic Series, and re-sided the house with Alcoa 3 Brookstone vinyl siding. We then added colonial window mantels and door surround as a finishing touch.
The bottom picture is a close-up of the Harvey classic window and the custom trim work that covers the original wood frames.

Windows, Siding and Aluminum Columns:
We installed all new Harvey replacement windows as well as Alcoa vinyl siding on this beautiful old Dutch colonial. We kept the front entry original but we replaced the old wood columns with new aluminum columns. Lots of custom trim on this one.

Color Matching:
This homeowner wanted us to duplicate the color of an old colonial home they spotted in East Greenwich. Dark hunter green would be my second choice on the shutter color. My third choice would be white.

Say Goodbye to Painting:
Another beautiful and maintenance free home.

|
Winning Color Combinations:
This house was done in Harbor Gray with black shutters and all white trim
a "winning" color combination for any home. A forth color can easily be added to the entry doors for accent such as burgundy, forest hunter green, or navy blue, etc. -- very striking!

Increase the Value of Your Home:
This homeowner wanted to do the house all one color. I suggested Alcoa brookstone for the color. We ordered gutter material from Alcoa to match. I also had Sherwin Williams match the paint for the shutters. We used Alcoa metal spray paint to paint the meter box, wires, faucets, outdoor outlets, etc. The doors were stained a close color match to the brick chimney. This house just sold for a record price for the area.

Trim Details:
On this home, we added an eight-inch dental trim under the overhang of this house to replace the original wood trim.

New Windows and Siding:
We installed all new Harvey windows and Alcoa Victorian Gray vinyl siding with wedgewood blue shutters on this beautiful cape in the Greenwood section of Warwick. I suggested a new blue door but I won't take the credit for the beautiful landscaping. The house and yard now compliment each other very nicely.

Vinyl Shingles:
If you're thinking about vinyl shingles, you must see this home off the Warwick Neck area. it's the largest house I've sided in 40 years, a
must see. Notice the drive-under garage holds 6 cars!
The bottom photo is a closer look, we used classic cream siding and burgundy raised panel shutters. Check out the custom trim on the porch beams and overhang.

Elegant Doorway Detail:
Notice the 3 photos on the left, each with succeeding more detail.
I lost count of the people that stopped to look at this home while we were working on it. You must see this one! We installed Harvey Vinyl casement windows and Alcoa "Cedar Discovery" vinyl shingles on this house.
I picked out the door and slidelight for the home owner and added the fluted Pilasters and Dental mangle. I also suggested keeping the door natural.

Incredible Detail:
The homeowners were painting every two years but did not want to change the color or look of this magnificent home. Not only did we match the door surround and window mantels to the originals, we also matched the color of the siding to within a half shade of the original paint.
We had to duplicate an existing wooden sunburst with vinyl siding on this home. The project took 3 men 8 hours and we had 85% waste on the material. We used as much material as it took to do over two thirds of the front of the house. Notice the window mantles and door surround we installed.

Coordinated Siding and Windows:
To add more detail to the front of this home we enlarged the columns by 3" and added extra trim moldings on the face of the columns and installed vinyl beaded ceiling panels over the painted plywood ceiling for a much richer look. Entry door was painted a color to match the shutters.
We installed Harvey windows along with the vinyl siding on this house. The bow window was installed from the outside by using aluminum pump jack staging to raise it to the upper level.

Cedar Impressions:
The homeowner must take all the credit for this fantastic color scheme. The cedar shingles on the sides of this house are "Certainteed" brand vinyl "cedar impressions". The doors were installed by DOBS doors.
there are 3" clapboard on the front of this house and 7" cedar impressions vinyl shingles on the sides and back
a must see to believe!

Magnificent Ranch Houses:
We used a Sterling Gray siding and white trim on this great looking ranch in the Diamond Hill area of Warwick. I also suggested using white shutters to keep an even balance of color due to the white garage door.

Brookstone:
We chose brookstone and white trim for this great looking home. The addition was completed the day we started the job.

Pebblestone Clay Siding:
This home is a hidden treasure located behind a convenience store at the corner of Pontiac Ave. and Garden City Drive.
The house was originally built with a textured plywood siding painted harvest gold which was very unattractive.
I suggested using 'Pebblestone Clay' 3" siding and Desert Sand wide fluted corners.
At first, we used the original shutters and painted them Moss Green, and then added a 9" dental trim to create a little more detail. Shortly after this photo was taken, we installed new "Hunter Green" shutters to match the new garage door.

11 Years and Looking Great: Although we completed the house on the left 11 years ago, it still looks like the day we finished it. A tribute to the lasting aesthetics of quality siding. We used 3" Alcoa Desert Sand on the front walls and 7" vinyl shingles on the sides and back - you can check this house out in the Garden City section of Cranston.

New Windows and Siding: The home on the left is in the Garden Hills section of Cranston. We installed 33 Harvey windows on this beautiful colonial. We also installed a 3" Profile Alcoa "wicker" colored siding with white trim. I suggested black shutters and a white fluted door surround for the finishing touch and total color coordination.
